Very friendly & accomodating staff (a special thanks to Ibrahim for welcoming us to Morocco). We were provided a free upgrade to a balcony room with 2 double beds. All amenities were provided with the room. Plenty of cupboard space with a safety deposit box. The breakfast was bountiful with many different options - staff were present to cook eggs & mselem (Moroccan pancakes) as you desired. Location was excellent for us as we needed to take a train and the hotel is right next to the main train station.

Everything was great except they promised me a boxed breakfast since I was leaving early and they were unable to make it for me. I waited for an extra 10 minutes and the manager went to check in kitchen and came back and said they did not make it. They should have discounted the room.
